Good morning everyone, 

First off id like to say a big thank you to all of you who have in one way or another wished me a happy birthday, yes today i turned 73 yrs young. So thank you to everyone for the wishes.

On the writing front, just got back from a very good productive two weeks on the Hebridean Isle of Colonsay, i was able to almost daily rattle on with my latest saga The Aurora Run. Yes it is my first serious attempt at Sci-Fi and as usual from me it will Be a 9 book saga. Book 1-6 completed, book 7 in drafting stage, books 8-9 still figuring them out!! It has been a tough one to complete at times trying to remember on book 6 who done what on book 1,2,3, etc etc, but i think i have got it straightened out now, no more strange characters popping up leaving me wondering where on earth did he come from! Quite funny really when i look back.

Going forward, i’d like to get back to the murder mystery stuff, the cold cases etc, there is so much pre writing work that i do enjoy prior to putting pen to paper, but we will see as i also have other ideas on another niche i find interesting but shhhhh not letting the cat out of the bag just yet.

Right then, its back to it for me, once again thank you all for the kind wishes, you have brightened up this old dogs day!
