Good Morning everyone,

First off I’d like to welcome my newcomers to the club, and thank you for choosing to follow me and my musings.

Next, as the headline alludes to, my latest series is now fully listed  “Galleons Of Glory” has taken a wee while to put together it was all start stop for a while but then i eventually got it done. Phew! I actually thought that being an ex mariner this would be an easy enough write, but boy it was not! Constantly checking dates etc, but, it is now available for you the reader to get to grips with. 

Other than that, i am taking a wee break from the actual writing for a while as i head of to the Emerald Isle in my RV. I intend to travel down the West coast of Ireland starting from Belfast heading into county Sligo, and then all the way down to Dublin town for a few days there before getting the ferry back to UK mainland. I will of course be jotting down notes as i go along, I am keen to see Ireland now compared to what i was seeing as a UK serviceman there in the early 1970’s.

Well then friends, i will also be tidying up this site over the next few months and you can actually help me with this, fire me an email with any suggestion you think would make the site better or easier to use and anything that comes along and app reads to be doable will be included in my upgrade plans.
